Real estate is fast-paced—and I love it. After 17 years in the business, I formed the Sellin with Elin Green Team with encouragement from Brian Campbell and the Beiler-Campbell team. I carefully chose team members who share my values and passion for helping people love where they live.

I am the local real estate expert who puts customer service first. With 20 years of experience and over $20 million in annual sales each year, I help clients navigate buying and selling with confidence. Before real estate, I spent 15 years in the hospitality industry in operations, sales, marketing, and senior management across the globe—experience that shaped my service-first approach. Now living in Kennett Square after 17 years in Avon Grove, I enjoy walking my dogs through town and taking in the variety of homes and neighborhoods. I truly love where I live.

I am a lifelong Chester County resident. I grew up in West Chester and have been proud to call Kennett Square my home. With a BS in Marine Science from Kutztown University, I have 21 years of experience in the environmental industry, specifically in marketing, capture planning, and proposal development for large DoD contracts. Although real estate is a completely different industry, the concept is similar…listening and understanding your client’s needs while providing exemplary service.

Relationships are at the heart of my business. As a public school teacher, I have  the reputation of creating lasting relationships with families while also being a strong advocate for a child’s well-being.Fast forward 32 years and those same principles apply to my real estate clients today.  As a local real estate expert, I pride myself in walking alongside prospective buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals. My clients have called me “relentless” in the pursuit of finding the perfect home, as well as marketing their home for sale.

I joined Beiler-Campbell Realtors in April 2018, and have been a PA licensed realtor since 2017.  I also hold a Bachelors degree in Communications from West Chester University.  My professional experience has always centered around customer service; it is truly the backbone of what I do. I have a passion for helping people find what they need.  I enjoy meeting new people, listening to their needs, guiding them through decisions and building lasting relationships. In real estate, no two situations are ever alike.  I love that each transaction is as unique as the individuals involved.
