This unit has new mini splits for air conditioning in the unit and beautiful hardwood floors throughout as well as exposed vaulted ceilings that are part of the charm of this unit. The Living Room is the first room you will see off to the left. It has an original stone wall and is a great sized room with lots of natural light. When you come from the Living Room you will see a walk through area that could be used as an office or a place to hang coats, etc. After this area, you will be in the very roomy Dining Room. The Dining Room is right off of the galley kitchen and it has everything you need. Follow through from the Dining Room and the bathroom is on the left with a stand up shower, and lastly is the Bedroom. Total privacy from the living spaces to the bedroom. NO PETS!
