Congratulations Kate!
Kate Wallace – has been with our team since Spring of 2018. Kate is outgoing and patient and our buyers love working with her. Most importantly, we are excited to announce that Kate and her husband, Brett, welcomed their first child, Boston, weighing in at 7 lbs 5.2 oz. Can we say Covid baby? We are so excited for them.

Well Done Crystal
Crystal Rotto, our marketing and transaction coordinator, is now a fully licensed Realtor. Crystal is a life-long Chester County resident and has been living in Kennett Square for the last 11 years. She is the mother of two and is very hardworking and creative. We know she will be a great Realtor.

Welcome Pam
And last but not least, we welcome Pam Howard to our team. Pam has lived in and been a teacher in the Avon Grove School District for over 30 years. As she transitions from teaching to full time Realtor, she will put her community relationships, listening and leadership skills to use.

A Note from Elin
And then there is me, Elin Green. When I became a Realtor in 2006, I would never have predicted that I would have three amazing women working with me. I feel very fortunate and am excited for the years to come. Most recently, while working from home, I have been ensuring that Crystal and Pam are set up for success when we are allowed to actively work again. I have also been listening to a lot of podcasts from various industry professionals. My takeaway is that “this too shall pass.” From what the experts say, this real estate slowdown is only temporary, unlike the last recession and housing crisis. Before we went into lock down, inventory and mortgage rates were at an all-time low and there was pent up demand, and that will still be the case when this is over.
