2021 has brought a fast-paced real estate market and June was no exception!



Monthly Comparison
Home sales continued to outpace homes listed for sale when comparing June to May of 2021, resulting in tight inventory and a fast-paced market. Home sale prices were nudged higher due to low interest rates and tight inventory.

• The median sold price in June was $450,000. This is an increase of 12% from the median sold price in May of $399,900.

Compared to Last Year
The June 2021 real estate market outperformed the same month last year - not surprising given the nation was in the early stages of the pandemic.

• Units listed in June compared to June of last year increased 5%, units sold increased 73% and the sold median price increased 22%.
