Tight inventory continues to spur fast paced market. View stats comparing August of 2020 to August of 2019 in these local School Districts; Unionville, Kennett Consolidated, Avon Grove, Coatesville, Octorara, Oxford and Solanco.
Local units sold in our region increased by 28% and outpaced local units listed, that showed a mild increase. The Days on Market decreased by 29%. These stats demonstrate that when inventory is this low, it create a fast paced market. All data is from BRIGHT MLS.
